Antong profoundly invest back into young black men. His unique approach focused on guiding young men of single parent homes or that has a parent incarcerated to navigate the pitfalls of the streets, police, prison and or death. Avoiding the school to prison pipeline requires investment into our young men. Antong takes these young men through a 12 week journey in self exploration to self actualization. POLICE TRAINING

Enhanced Crisis Management Skills

Develop and reinforce police officers' proficiency in de-escalation strategies and crisis management, focusing on non-violent resolution tactics. This objective aims to equip law enforcement with the skills necessary to defuse tense situations, thereby reducing the likelihood of violence during interactions with the community.

Community-Centric Cultural Competence

Implement training programs that enhance police officers' understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds within the community. This objective seeks to promote empathy, respect, and effective communication between law enforcement and community members, mitigating misunderstandings and minimizing the potential for violence stemming from cultural differences.

Proactive Community Engagement Strategies

Establish and reinforce community policing practices that prioritize proactive engagement over reactive responses. This objective emphasizes developing positive relationships between police officers and community members, fostering mutual trust, and creating an environment where residents feel comfortable reporting concerns. By promoting a collaborative approach, this training objective aims to prevent violence through early intervention and community support.
